Fintan's and Sybille's Goal Our goal is to provide top notch real estate services to buyers and sellers. Fintan has over 17 years experience and specializes in Cape Ann and the surrounding MA communities. He is a full-time professional and gives 100% for his clients! Sybille has a 16 year background in banking, as well as 9 years experience in apartment rentals and property management. She joined Fintan this year to merge their extensive contact base and unique resources, including the ability to provide buying and selling assistance in Chinese, Korean, Arabic, French and German. Together Team Fintan & Sybille strive to make buying and selling as easy as possible for our clients.
About Fintan:
It gets my "Irish up" when competing in real estate transactions. Originally from Cork County, Ireland, I have resided in the United States for the past 19 years and became a citizen in 2004. My family owned and operated a real estate construction company(Madden's Construction), as well as multiple properties both residential and commercial. Working with my family's company helped me develop strong negotiating skills and strengthen my natural instincts with understanding property values. I have been a realtor since 1997. Joining RE/MAX Advantage in 2003 after prior affiliations with Century 21 and Carlson Real Estate was one of the best decisions of my career.
I also have a degree in culinary arts and worked as a professional chef in my former career.
I am a past member of the Board of the North Shore Health Project in Gloucester, MA.
I am a founding member and past two-term President of the Cape Ann Referral Group.

About Sybille:
I am joining Fintan as a team member at RE/MAX Advantage and am very excited to assist our clients with buying and selling real estate. Prior to our decision to merge our contact and resource base, I worked at Granite Savings Bank in Rockport, North Shore Bank in North Beverly, and most recently, as property manager and apartment rental agent in Gloucester. After obtaining a degree in hotel management & tourism and moving to Rockport from Bamberg, Germany in 1987, I fell in love with Cape Ann and consider myself "almost" a native at this point. Together Fintan and I are delighted in providing our clients with dedicated service and personal attention.
