Solar-Powered Kiosks Parking Meters To Be Installed in Gloucester

City of Gloucester's new six-foot tall solar-powered kiosks(parking meters) are being installed over the next couple of days and they'll be turned on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. including for spaces within the I-4, C-2 site, which has been a parking free-for-all for more than a year.
